Overview
Assistant Attorney General—Administrative Law Section. Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird seeks to fill an Assistant Attorney General position in the Administrative Law Section of her office.
Responsibilities- Represent agencies, boards, commissions, and their employees in administrative tribunals, as well as state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
- Assist with the review and drafting of administrative rules.

- A passion for public service and a strong commitment to justice.
- A minimum of three years of practicum experience is preferred, but we also welcome applications from new attorneys.
- Prior judicial clerking experience is a plus.
- A license to practice law in Iowa, or the ability to obtain one, is required.

- Annual pay ranging from $62,377.60 to $ depending on experience.
