An AM & Vault ranked global law firm are looking to onboard an established Business Litigation Associate into their Des Moines office. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters with a national and international client base.

The Role Requires:
- Candidates must have a minimum of a year of experience in a relevant law firm setting, with any Big Law experience highly favorable.
- Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.
- Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.
- Familiarity with working on matters at both a regional and international level.
- Familiarity with managing electronic discovery, including managing document collections and vendors is a plus.
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling oral arguments is a plus.
- Recent clerkship experience is a plus.
- Hold a relevant JD as well as be admitted to the Iowa bar, or eligibility to waive into the Iowa bar.
