Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. • Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000+ annually (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,500 commercial accounts, with premiums ranging from $5,000 to $350,000.
• Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including certificates, endorsements, and policy checks.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with assistants for administrative tasks related to high-value accounts.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience with contractor, transportation, manufacturing, and technology risk accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
