This is not a typical insurance sales role, and it is not for everyone. This is to help you own your own Farmers Insurance agency within 12 months. Graduation from the program waives the upfront capital requirement to open your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Work from Home

• Learn Farmers Insurance products, systems, and underwriting guidelines
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activity
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews with clients
• Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance policies
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage, including life insurance
• Follow agency sales processes, scripts, and workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
• Meet or exceed defined production and activity benchmarks
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with future agency ownership

• Sales experience required (insurance experience preferred, not required)
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and personal accountability
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Professional communication and follow-through
• Willingness to commit to a full-time, results-driven role
• Desire for leadership, growth, and long-term ownership opportunity
