Overview
Azure Cloud IT Support Specialist – Tier 1 (Direct Hire). 100% onsite – Des Moines, Iowa. Salary up to $65 k plus overtime and benefits. Minimum 1 year of professional IT support experience required.
Responsibilities- Tier 1 Help‑Desk support – desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting.
- Windows, Azure, Intune, M365/O365, and Active Directory support.
- Windows 10 configuration and maintenance.
- Imaging and automation of laptops, including volume rollouts.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ticket management using Freshdesk.
- Hybrid Active Directory – password resets, account unlocks, access management.
- Service desk ticket handling and resolution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a help‑desk or desktop support role.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and its configurations.
- Basics of hardware and software problem‑solving.
- Experience with service‑desk ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience with Citrix and 3rd‑party vendor software is a plus.
