Project Manager Mid-Level

Who We Are

Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.

• Strong understanding of project management basics, including scope, cost, timeline, quality, risk, communication, and resource management.
• Typically gained through a college degree (or equivalent) plus 3–6 years of project or leadership experience, with at least 2 years directly managing or leading projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, decision?making, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, including external consultants and vendors, and influence without formal authority.
• Skilled at building relationships, fostering collaboration, and facilitating clear communication.
• Results?oriented and able to adapt to change, handle ambiguity, and manage expectations.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment.
• Understanding of IT capabilities and how technology can improve business processes.
• Proficient with PCs and project?planning software.
• Ability to quickly learn the products and services related to assigned projects.
• Understanding (or ability to learn) procurement and negotiation processes for purchasing services or products.
• May require occasional on?call availability and minimal travel, including overnight stays.

• Manage small to medium initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Support larger initiatives by leading key components or work streams.
