Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development Strong experience in building and launching training initiatives within Rev Ops/Sales or Operations Experience in designing learning content and iterating on existing materials Familiarity with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems Automotive industry experience or familiarity with Dealership business models is a plus
