Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end creator support function, including team management and process optimization Design and improve support workflows while remaining hands-on with complex tickets and escalations Optimize the Zendesk ecosystem and implement an AI-first approach to enhance support efficiency
Required Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in customer support or creator support roles with increasing responsibility Experience shaping support organization components such as workflows, tooling, and metrics Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in support operations Strong experience with Zendesk, including automations and help center workflows Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to define and improve key support metrics
