ServiceNow Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Service Now Platform Engineer to lead hands-on platform engineering efforts with a focus on upgrade execution and platform governance. Responsibilities Lead technical planning and execution of Service Now platform upgrades and monthly patching cycles Manage full end-to-end upgrade processes and perform post-clone cleanup activities across environments Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to change and release governance standards

Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance 3-5+ years of Service Now development and platform engineering experience Proven experience managing at least 2-3 full end-to-end Service Now platform upgrade cycles Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) Expert-level knowledge of Scoped Application architecture and Service Now Studio
