Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject-matter expert on Data Cloud and Agentforce, supporting the Success Guide organization Engage proactively and reactively with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their use of Data Cloud and Agentforce Facilitate tailored engagements and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry, with expertise in Data 360 and AI Fluent proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish, both written and spoken Experience discussing the competitive advantages of Data Cloud related to AI functionality Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
