Key Responsibilities Manage, administer, deploy, and support Open Text ECM/App Works platforms in AWS Gov Cloud IaaS environments Collaborate with architects and analysts to design and deliver scalable, secure content management solutions Ensure compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity standards while maintaining high availability and disaster recovery
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience administering, installing, upgrading, and patching Open Text ECM/App Works platforms Experience managing Open Text ECM in AWS Gov Cloud IaaS environments Proficient in implementing integrations with other applications using SOAP, REST, and bulk APIs Strong knowledge of DoD and federal record management policies and compliance requirements BS degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline;
Security+ and Open Text certifications are desired
