Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on database systems and middleware platforms to the DMS Product Owner and stakeholders Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer organizations to facilitate issue resolution and technical alignment Lead technical analysis and root cause investigations for production incidents affecting database and middleware systems
Required Qualifications BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field 12+ years of experience managing enterprise database systems across multiple platforms 8+ years of experience with enterprise middleware technologies 7+ years of experience in data center operations, including knowledge of server infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments Proven experience serving as a technical SME on large-scale enterprise systems
