Required Qualifications , Training, and Education 7+ years in customer-facing operations and 5+ years in program/project management with a strong technical background Proven experience in multi-site enterprise deployments across WAN/SD WAN, SASE, SIP/UC, and managed cybersecurity solutions ITIL practitioner certification (or equivalent experience) and vendor technology certifications; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet; experience with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies Bachelor's Degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework and extensive professional experience
