Remedy Helix Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Remedy Helix Developer to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Remedy tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire Designer, ICM, Automation/Scaler, and scripting.
• Utilize software development skills in JavaScript and SQL.
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Maintain and update internal documentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training.
• Support the administration of Remedy tools, ensuring proper access and permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with vendors and handling tickets.
• Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, addressing any failures promptly.
• Work with offshore resources in India and Brazil, occasionally participating in off-hours calls.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in Remedy Administration.
• Experience with APIs (Node, REST), firewalls, data mapping, webhooks, and workflows.
• Familiarity with configuration over coding in software solutions.
• Experience with Chat Bot implementation and AI in Remedy is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and escalate critical issues, prioritizing effectively.
• Experience working with offshore teams and managing time zone differences.
• BMC Remedy Helix experience is required.
