We are partnering with a large, enterprise client undergoing a major evolution in secure software delivery. This is a highly visible opportunity for a Security Architect to shape how Git Hub Advanced Security, Dev Sec Ops , and AI-assisted development are implemented at scale.

You will have the autonomy to influence platform strategy, implement enterprise guardrails for Git Hub Copilot, and directly impact developer velocity without sacrificing security. What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy and optimization of Git Hub Advanced Security (GHAS) across the enterprise
• Architect secure AI-assisted development workflows using Git Hub Copilot
• Build and enhance Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipelines with automated security gates using Git Hub Actions
• Implement CodeQL, secret scanning, and dependency scanning with AI-driven remediation
• Partner with engineering teams to reduce security debt and accelerate secure delivery
• Create reusable security patterns and automated guardrails that scale across repositories
• Establish forward-looking security metrics and risk intelligence dashboards

What We’re Looking For

• Deep hands-on experience with Git Hub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Dependabot, secret scanning)
• Strong background in Security Architecture, Application Security, or Dev Sec Ops
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions
• Enterprise experience implementing and scaling Git Hub Copilot or AI developer tools
• Proven ability to drive adoption through technical leadership and cross-team collaboration
• Strong understanding of secure software development and modern cloud-native practices
• Hybrid schedule – onsite Tuesday through Thursday
