In order to address the most critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP established the Integrated Cloud Consulting (IC) practice, comprised of more than 300 professionals dedicated to serving the cloud and infrastructure platform needs of our clients. This group includes experienced consultants located throughout the globe. We serve a diverse client base within a variety of industries and are focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains - helping them realize their stated outcomes through our cloud advisory, implementation and operations.

We are seeking an individual with both broad and deep cloud implementation and migration experience with a focus on complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments to join our team and lead the continued growth of our cloud practice serving RSM clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. The successful candidate will have solid working knowledge of cloud leading practices, understanding of cloud architecture models, leading vendor products and solutions, cloud technology trends, security design and innovation as well as experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit global organizations.

The candidate will also possess strong leadership traits and exhibit a proven track record of developing, launching and operating cloud consulting practices. This individual will ultimately be partly responsible for the long-term vision of the cloud practice, including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients.

As a leader within the IC practice, the successful candidate is responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses, the challenges they face and the outcomes they are looking to achieve. The selected candidate will identify, pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge to support the efforts of the broader consulting practice.

This individual will also work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries. The candidate is responsible to lead multiple team engagements simultaneously, including several threads of complex implementation and migration engagements. In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading a global team of cloud specialists, developing go to market solutions, working with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendors, and championing the cloud practice throughout the Firm.

• Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business, challenges, and desired outcomes; identify, pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, including complex implementation and migration projects, across a global team of cloud specialists.
• Develop go-to-market solutions, collaborate with leading cloud providers and technology vendors, and champion the cloud practice throughout the Firm.
• Provide subject matter knowledge to support the broader consulting practice and contribute to long-term vision and portfolio expansion.
• Lead the IC practice's cloud strategy, architecture, security design, and cloud engineering activities; stay current on cloud technology trends.
• Engage with client account teams across industries and manage relationships with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
