* Purpose:

** The Sr. Manager, Operations Support will lead a team of configuration specialists and subject matter experts within an operations support environment. Acting as Product Owner, this role will collaborate with business and technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver timely, effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of administrative platforms, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies, and will be responsible for clear, strategic communication across stakeholders and leadership.
** Accountabilities:
*** Lead teams responsible for system design, configuration, and ongoing management.
* Serve as Product Owner within an agile framework, driving backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
* Build and mentor a high-performing, independent team.
* Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, BSAs, and IT teams to coordinate requirements across work streams.
* Develop and maintain operational processes aligned with business needs.
* Guide the team in resolving moderate to complex production issues.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Foster strong relationships with business partners and internal teams.
* Drive timely resolution of complex challenges under tight deadlines.
** Qualifications and

Experience:

*** Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in operational planning and execution.
* Strong analytical and technical proficiency.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable.
* Skilled in problem solving, conflict resolution, and change management.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
* Highly organized, curious, and collaborative.
* Adaptable to change and able to guide others through transitions.
