This is a fully remote, full‑time inflicted temporary assignment for three months (January - March 2026). Candidates must reside in the United States. The position is contingent upon contract năm award.

About the Role

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst leads enterprise‑level analysis efforts to strengthen workforce productivity and collaboration ecosystems, including SharePoint and related platforms. Serving as a strategic liaison among senior stakeholders, you will uncover organizational needs, translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications, and guide the development of high‑value solutions. You may mentor or supervise other analysts and work closely with development teams to ensure successful adoption of enterprise collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis with project stakeholders, plan execution of business analysis tasks, and refine approaches as needed.
  • Identify and define business needs, develop business cases, and determine solution scope.
  • Lead advanced business analysis within significant organizational segments; drive measurable impact on effectiveness.
  • Determine requirements using workshops, interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, user stories, and prototypes.
  • Define technology strategies, validate business needs, and conduct feasibility studies to inform solutions.
  • Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources, segmenting high‑level data into actionable details.
  • Progressively elaborate requirements to sufficient detail, validate against business needs, and maintain traceability.
  • Document business, task, and workflow processes using industry standard methods (use cases, diagrams, flow charts).
  • Assess solutions to ensure strategic goals are met; develop acceptance criteria and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure clear, consistent understanding of business and solution requirements; facilitate conflict resolution and risk management.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and balance usability with performance.
  • Serve as liaison to project managers, developers, and other team members throughout all process phases.
  • Guideikations of senior management toward acceptance of change stemming from process and organizational improvement.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
Requirements – Skills and Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities described.
  • Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced experience with SDLC, Agile, ITIL, Sixirty and other quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project‑management practices and ability to develop/ deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and product‑management skills; expertise in business process and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in fact‑finding, data collection, and documentation.
  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings, especially when managing large volumes of information.
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Broad IT domain expertise, 重庆时时彩杀 applications architecture; business domain knowledge or the ability to obtain it rapidly.
  • Experience with strategic planning and business case development, and applications‑design experience.
  • Ability to pass required federal background screening and maintain government clearance.
  • Legally authorized to erinnern in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • SharePoint and workflow development.
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Federal Government Grants Management experience or knowledge.
