Q is a digital marketing solutions brand within USA TODAY Co. that supports small and medium‑size businesses with innovative products and services.

• Build client presence through website, SEO, local listings, reputation and social media.
• Drive awareness and leads via search engine marketing, social, display, video, mobile advertising.
• Grow audience and connect with brand content solutions and social media marketing.
• Manage leads and customers using Lead Alert, engagement and tracking tools.
• Know what works with reporting, mobile tools and insight solutions.
• Leverage emerging technology such as virtual and augmented reality.

• 1+ years of experience in a high acquisition, consultative B2B sales role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
