Client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer with deep technical expertise in printer administration, Okta, and Okta Advanced Server Access (ASA). This role focuses on managing enterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades, while ensuring robust security protocols are maintained in the Okta environment.

Lead printer administration and management across the organization.

Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.

Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure.

Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques.

Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality.

• At least 8 years of experience in printer administration and management.
• Experience managing Fairfax systems.
• Experience administering Secure Doc.
• Knowledge of basic system management processes and systems.
• Expertise in information management, file structure, and data representation.
• Advanced system security methods and techniques.
• Ability to deliver assigned tasks with accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Attention to detail, particularly in generating documentation foundational to system rewrites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Proactive approach to learning new systems and processes.

• Limit submittals to candidates in the Des Moines metro.
