We’re looking for a Sr. Data Engineer/Developer to guide and mentor a talented group of data engineers and developers in building scalable, secure, and high-quality data and integration solutions.

• Lead & mentor: provide technical direction, coaching, and code reviews for a team focused on data engineering and integration.
• Architect scalable solutions: design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, and modern ELT/ETL practices.
• Integration expertise: develop APIs and event‑driven integrations possess performance, maintainability, and future‑readiness.
• Modernize systems: transform legacy data flows into cloud‑native architectures.
• Collaborate across teams: partner with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure quality and governance: drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and data governance.
• Security & compliance: maintain adherence to industry standards for security and auditability.
• Innovate continuously: evaluate emerging tools and technologies to optimize data delivery and integration.

• Proven experience in technical leadership within data engineering or integration teams.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake (data modeling, optimization, चुके), and event‑based architecture (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Amazon Kinesis).
• Hands‑on experience with dbt, ADF, ADL, and orchestration tools.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and modeling principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub, Jenkins, Maven) and automated testing.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and Agile delivery models.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

• Snowflake certification and scripting skills (Python preferred).
• Background in Life Insurance or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
