As a Technology Risk professional, you will assess and address client issues such as business performance variability, cybersecurity risk management, cybersecurity resilience, application security integrity, and IT risk management. You will belong to a network of specialists helping clients transform risk functions and support cybersecurity assurance solutions that enable risk management and governance.
The opportunity:
As our Technology Risk practice expands, we seek a highly motivated Manager focused on cybersecurity risk and controls and technology enablement. You will manage client engagement teams, deliver professional services to a wide variety of clients, and spearhead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment; counsel and mentor junior consultants.
- Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within time frames and budget while monitoring progress and managing risk.
- Use industry knowledge to identify engagement and client service issues, communicating findings to teams and client management through written and verbal presentations.
- Build relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems and improve security at procedural and technology levels.
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, proactively assessing ways to serve clients.
- Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge, and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
You will leverage your proven track record of technologies and cybersecurity experience and strong project management skills to lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in assessment, design, and implementation of controls, security and cybersecurity risk solutions.
To qualify for the role, you must have- A bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management, core cybersecurity fundamentals, and internal controls.
- Advanced project management and client service skills, including the ability to train, coach, and manage staff.
- Willingness to travel (estimated 50%) and a valid U.S. driver’s license and passport; ability to travel internationally.
- Experience assessing cybersecurity risk management programs and familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001, SANS CSC or equivalent.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, or other security certifications); non‑certified hires must become certified within one year.
- Passionate leaders with a strong vision for staying on top of cybersecurity trends and practices.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $111,600 to $204,700 in the U.S., with higher ranges in select metro areas.
