What you will be doing:

• Log,diagnose,and resolve computer-relatedtickets. May coordinate theinitialset-up and maintenance/repairs ofcomputerhardware and/or client software.

• Log, diagnose,and resolve computer-relatedtickets. Ensuretimelyresolution or response to troubleticketsto minimize impact on business partners'daily activities.

• Troubleshoot andidentifyproblems, suggestsolutionsand/ordetermineescalation path with team, supportareasand/or vendors.

• May configure,installandmaintaincomplex PC-related hardware and software in accordance with established procedures and guidelines and provide instruction/education to PC users in adapting new systems.

• Assistin testing new applications and technologies andreporton their functionality. May coordinate thetimelyand effective repair of computer hardwarein accordance with established guidelines.

• Assist with documentation for troubleshooting or applications and train team members and business partners.

• Monitor applicable systems and communicate issuesin accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  
  Identify trends and ensure systems are available and operational to keep overall downtime to a minimum. Mayassistin the development of policies/procedures on security, data back-up, equipmentusage,and maintenance.

• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Computer-related designation or certification preferred

• 1+ years related work experience required

• Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking and/or hardwarerequired

• Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality is essential

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$22 - $28 / hour
Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
