Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer

* The Iowa Department of Management (DOM) is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer with deep technical expertise in printer administration, OKTA, and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA). This role focuses on managing enterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades, while ensuring robust security protocols are maintained in the Okta environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead printer administration and management across the organization.

* Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.

* Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure.

* Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques.

* Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

* Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

* Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
