KONNECTINGTREE INC is seeking a Systems Engineer/Administrator to join our team. The role requires a strong background in printer administration, Active Directory, M365 administration, and general system management.

• Demonstrated experience with printer administration and management.
• Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Demonstrated experience with M365 administration.
• Knowledge of basic system management processes and systems.
• Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation.
• Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques.
• Complete assigned tasks, communicate accurate status updates, and follow quality standards.
• Work in a team environment with strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Perform on‑call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail, as documentation generated will be the basis of system rewrites.
• Clear, strong, and precise verbal and written communication skills needed for coordination with multiple teams.
• Work independently with little supervision or guidance.
• Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality.
