Represent Oracle in industry forums and customer briefings; translate trends like skills-based organizations, connected worker, contingent workforce growth, and global compliance.

+ AI Evangelism in HCM:
Showcase Oracle's AI capabilities (i.e., Skills inference, talent matching, internal mobility, and learning personalization)

+ Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Partner with other lines of business and implementation partners to align go-to-market plays, ensure roadmap fit for manufacturing/high-tech needs, and influence product enhancements.

** Responsibilities*
* As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions.

Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $76.44 per hour; from: $92,300 to $159,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
