Locals Only | 12+ Months | $60-65/HR | Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office.

Lead Phase 2 of an enterprise-wide digital marketing transformation focused on personalization. This role oversees 10 interdependent, technology-driven work streams within a large Salesforce-based marketing ecosystem.

• Own the overall program roadmap, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting
• Drive delivery across 10 parallel work streams without direct people management
• Hold workstream leads accountable and provide governance frameworks
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to senior leadership
• Partner with a Delivery Manager while serving as the program lead

• Proven experience leading large, complex transformational programs
• Strong executive communication and accountability skills
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and ramp up immediately
• Technical background preferred (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CRM)
• PMP preferred; PROSCI a plus
• Financial services experience helpful
