Data & Quality Analyst

Des Moines, IA or Sioux Falls, SD

Hybrid: 3 Days in a week Onsite

• Develop and execute test plans, identify bugs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes.
• Ensure data quality checks across Data & Integration platforms using SQL, SOQL, Snowflake, and other database query languages.
• Design, test, and maintain pipeline architecture and infrastructure.
• Validate data points across Salesforce objects and data integration platforms.
• Investigate feasibility of data integration prototypes and program requirements.
• Develop specifications and plan programming actions for data integration components.
• Implement and support reporting and analytics infrastructure for internal business customers using Kafka, Mule Soft, Salesforce.
• Guide internal business customers to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL solutions for reporting and analytics.
• Develop, test, and deploy code using internal software development toolsets, ensuring secure data storage, catalogs, and queries.
• Lead complex projects or support larger initiatives as part of a team.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, conceptualize, and develop new data solutions.
• Research, analyze, and propose effective solutions related to system development and enhancements.
• Analyze and review potential adjustments or modifications for impacts on other programs.

• 5‑7 years as a Data & Quality Analyst overall.
• 2‑3 years in Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce custom queries using SOQL and integrating data with external systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, data structure, and best practices for data management.
• Experience with data modeling and data stores on enterprise applications.
• Experience with test planning, validation, and automation test execution (Accel
  
  Q a plus).
• Data analysis and validation across different data integration platforms.
• Experience in validating data points in different Salesforce objects.
• Experience with Life and Annuity business applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and quality assurance background.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
