SAP - FSCM - Manager - Consulting

Overview

EY is looking for a Technology Business Analysis Manager with SAP FSCM experience to join our Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration practice. This role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
• Maintain billable client charging and oversee teams to achieve complex technical initiatives

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management
• Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation

• A Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management); strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model desirable
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM leading practices and familiarity with related security roles
• Proficiency with one or more S/4
  
  HANA SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, Treasury)
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies
• Experience developing functional specifications and system configuration
• Relationship management and negotiation capabilities
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience
• Exposure to other FICO modules
• SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4
  
  FIN or other finance certifications
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of your core module
• Proactive problem-solving and cross-functional leadership experience
