• A Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• A minimum of three years’ experience in providing consulting experience
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; actively participate in brainstorming, identify core issues and effectively use data to manage complex analysis
• Experience across Management reporting, Long Range planning, Strategic planning, Capital planning, or as an Implementation consultant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships
