We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about attracting top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the firm and play a key part in enhancing our talent pipeline and candidate experience.
This position will also collaborate closely with the broader Human Resources team, contributing to ongoing HR initiatives, projects, and workflow to support the department’s overall effectiveness. This role requires demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully sourced passive candidates and developed strategic pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through tools such as Linked In Recruiter, networking, industry outreach, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job ads, track applicants, and manage requisitions through the ATS.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified talent to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the firm at recruiting events as needed.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on departmental workflow and broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, engagement activities, HR communications, and process improvements.
- Provide general HR support as needed during peak periods or to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated passive sourcing experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Interest or experience in broader HR functions is a plus.
