Team Member – hands‑on, front‑of‑house bakery service helping guests enjoy every visit.

• Greet guests immediately and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote Bruegger's brand and provide positive guest experiences.
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Support growth opportunities from shift leader to manager.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience a plus.
