The Territory Executive is responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA growth within a defined territory by increasing market share across both new and existing hospital customers. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, positioning Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management (EVM) solutions, and strategically expanding the adoption of our services. You will collaborate closely with healthcare decision‑makers to deliver improved clinical, financial, and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow revenue and expand service utilization across assigned accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative selling and disciplined territory management.
  • Clearly communicate Agiliti’s value proposition, demonstrating how our Equipment Value Management framework improves workflows, enhances patient outcomes, and reduces costs.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and influence decision‑making through compelling, data‑driven insights.
  • Prioritize sales activities based on pipeline needs, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required.
  • Experience in a team‑based selling environment preferred.
  • Previous service‑based sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record per Agiliti policies.
