Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
At least 1 year of previous PT experience
At least 1 travel contract completed - preferred
Outpatient experience - required;
Inpatient experience - preferred
EPIC experience - required
Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Physical Therapist / PT)
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date - preferred
Driver’s License - required
