Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50316!

Must-Have:
- Proficiency caring for all patient types in a med surg environment
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Experience with heparin
- Skills in telemetry/cardiac care (highly preferred)
Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals who can adapt to changes as our unit evolves.
Our team values collaboration and encourages members to help others learn and grow.
You will train on a med surg post-operative surgical care unit before transitioning to your final assignment.
Our patient ratios will typically be 4-5:1, and you will care for various types of med surg patients.
You may be required to float to various campuses and participate in charge roles, including precepting new staff as needed.
This position involves every third weekend and holiday rotation when scheduled.
Candidates should possess a strong background in med surg nursing and be prepared to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
A professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse manager within the last 24 months is preferred.
