Overview
Currently seeking a full-time Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist in Ankeny, Iowa, to provide recreation therapy within a transdisciplinary team serving individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions.
Position Highlights- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, rotating weekends & holidays - Hours:
8:00–4:30 pm, with potential evening shifts - Location:
Ankeny, Iowa
Responsibilities include assessing leisure interests, developing and implementing therapy interventions, facilitating activities, coordinating programs, and documenting progress. The role emphasizes collaboration with the rehabilitation team to support recovery.

Requirements- Valid or eligible Iowa CTRS license
- CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to obtain an activity chauffeur's license
