12-hour shifts with a 3 or 4-day work week. This allows for full-time work with up to 16 days off per month! You can enjoy more than half the year off while still working full-time. Additionally, we allow and encourage you to pick up extra shifts.

• Average Pay $13.61 for 3 days shift with one weekend day (
  Weekdays $11.67 /hour- Premium pay Weekends $17.50/hour )
• This pay range represents Candeo's average range for this role at the time of posting based on 3 days schedule (2 weekdays & 1 weekend). Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, Number days works & shift type.

• Night : 7:00pm - 7:00am
• 12-hour work shifts allow for full-time work and full- time benefits and have more days off per month!

• Experience in working with individuals with disabilities and mental health
• Licenses/Requirements:
  • Valid Class C Iowa Driver’s License.
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance.
  • Must pass required background checks.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet for documentation, or ability to travel to a location with access.

• Client home and community including but not limited to medical providers, retail stores, outdoor recreation, and indoor recreation

• Must be able to lift and carry various items when supporting clients; including groceries, supplies and to provide physical assistance to clients as indicated in the client Individual Support Plan
