Pay & Differentials:

• OT/Holiday: 1.15×
• Call Back: 1.5× (2-hour minimum)
• On-Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr

Billable OT Rules:

• 36–40 hrs/week → OT after 40
• 48 hrs/week → OT after 48

• Patient Population:

• Drips:
  Power injection contrast
• Scrubs:

Floating & Training:

• May float across all campuses:
  Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, Iowa Methodist
• Cross-trained to assist on the general Pediatric floor
