Travel Registered Nurse ICU – Trinity Health First Choice

Join as a travel registered nurse in an ICU setting at Trinity Health First Choice, located in Mercy One Des Moines, Iowa. This 13‑week assignment offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and national travel opportunities.

• Float across hospital locations and regions, maintaining high quality care.
• Apply RN scope of practice, including assessment, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Delegate, decision‑make, and retain accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, contributing to quality improvement.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and embrace cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• 18+ months recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele, PCU.
• 2+ years recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS credentials per AHA; keep specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).

• Premium pay and per diem opportunities.
• Flexible day shift schedule (12 h, 7 a‑7 p).
• 36 h per week, 13‑week assignment.
• Daily Pay available, 403B retirement plan.
• License and certification reimbursement per assignment.
• Travel and regional assignments nationally.

• Gross weekly rate: $2,340.00 (per 12 h shift, 36 h per week).
