Position: Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,365 per week

Job Details:

• Work every 3rd weekend with holiday rotation when scheduled

• 16-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options

• Float across all campuses including Iowa Methodist MC and Iowa Lutheran

• No on-call requirements

• Care for diverse patient population including behavioral health, pediatrics, and adults

• Maintain 4:1 patient ratios in 18-bed emergency department

• Administer drips including sedation and vasoactive medications

• Read, measure, and interpret telemetry strips

• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system

• Wear solid navy blue scrubs

• 36 months of emergency department experience required

• Experience with pediatrics and adults required

• Experience with behavioral health patients highly preferred

• Experience with drips including sedations and vasoactive medications required

• Active TNCC certification required

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC

• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted)

• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 36 months ED experience
