Constituent Services Specialist

There is an immediate opening for a Constituent Services Specialist in Senator Chuck Grassley’s Des Moines office. Duties include, but are not limited to, serving as a liaison between constituents and federal agencies, answering phones and recording messages for the Senator, monitoring issue trends and prepare reports for the regional director, state director, and policy staff in Washington, D.C. The role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while providing courteous and diplomatic service.
