• Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to management
• Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and policies
• Analyze trading activity to correct errors made by registered representatives and internal partners
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams in processing legal orders and customer complaints

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with the employer and/or 5+ years of financial services experience
• Series 7 & 24 licenses required at time of application
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the employer's office and are expected to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the office

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Exceptional collaborative skills and attention to detail
