Position:
Manager, Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Scheduler / Planner.
- Provide effective planning and control on one of the largest and most complex development programs in Mission Systems
- Develop and maintain program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes
- Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Work closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into one Master schedule
- Track plans and schedules, solicit regular updates, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
- Perform well in a fast‑paced environment with strong multi‑tasking and communication skills
- Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS
- Participate in the development of proposals, including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents
- Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS
- Create and analyze schedule risk assessment (SRA) results
- Provide required and requested schedule‑related reports to Program Management, highlighting schedule‑related issues affecting program execution and recommending mitigation
- Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
- Ensure proper implementation of EVMS through standardized processes, tools and reports for compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
- University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience in finance or related business role
- U.S. Citizen – required for access to program information and to obtain DoD Security Clearance
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project & understanding of cross‑project linking
- Understanding of corporate Programs Finance & Controls
- Proven experience presenting to large groups and leadership

Salary Range107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
