Key Responsibilities Conduct quality control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to Loan Review Analysts Ensure regulatory compliance, identify error trends, and escalate issues to management Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to staff on underwriting and compliance matters
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements Ability to analyze loan servicing documentation and produce underwriting reports Bachelor's degree preferred
