A Senior Analyst in FSO EDGE State & Local Tax will deliver tax compliance and consulting work for clients, resolving issues promptly and ensuring accurate completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing complex tax operations to provide business insights
• Identifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating them to clients
• Researching current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor
• Developing clear plans to improve clients’ tax activities
• Building relationships to tailor advice to client needs
• Working collaboratively with a motivated team of professionals
• Maintaining technical knowledge through continuous learning

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, or graduate degree in Tax or Law
• Progress toward CPA or Enrolled Agent license
• At least 3 years of work experience in professional services or a tax organization
• In-depth knowledge of automated tax processing systems and relevant laws
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning

• Understanding of state and local partnership tax
• Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with return preparation software
• Experience working with diverse teams
• Adaptable work style with both internal and client teams
