As an Analyst, you will support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of global investment activity. This includes working across trading, settlement, reporting, and operational controls, partnering closely with operations, legal, relationship management, IT, brokers, custodians, portfolio managers, and traders.
What You’ll Do- Execute recurring procedures, analysis, and reporting that support global investment transactions.
- Prepare for and execute post‑trade activities, including confirmations, settlements, and trade reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to obtain information, resolve issues, and keep processes running smoothly.
- Contribute to global investment initiatives by supporting projects, process reviews, system enhancements, and new capabilities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to educate, problem‑solve, and drive operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills—able to own issues and work through them with others.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies.
- Knowledge of financial products across public markets—or a strong interest in learning.
- Experience in financial services or investment operations.
- Ability to deliver accurate, timely work under deadlines in a team‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as DTCC vendor systems, Charles River, or comparable platforms.
This role is based at our Des Moines, Iowa office and offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with three in‑office days each week to foster collaboration and connection.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Salaries may include additional incentives.
Hourly: $25.96 – $47.31 per hour for non‑exempt; for exempt positions expressed as yearly.
Time Off ProgramPersonal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non‑exempt) employees. PTO is accrued each pay period and can be used for vacation, personal or short‑term illness.
