The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager of Corporate Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team while driving financial insights that shape strategic business decisions across our organization. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while mentoring your team to excel in data analytics and financial planning.

• Mentor and grow FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Provide strategic direction and training on technology tools and data analytics
• Enhance your team's capabilities in forecasting accuracy and decision support

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, including monthly results and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Monitor KPIs and deliver insights that inform management decisions

• Collaborate with business leaders across the organization
• Work with business unit finance leads to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support standardized reporting and analysis to drive alignment with company goals

• Coordinate with Accounting and external auditors for timely, compliant reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or FP&A
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Proficiency in digital finance tools such as Power BI and Prophix

• MBA or CPA certification
