• Design and manage land development projects including subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems.
• Prepare and review civil plans, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE license preferred or EIT/EI on track to PE
• Experience in civil site/land development projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
