• Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to align technical skills with project objectives
• Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as the primary liaison for project scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop project proposals and budgets, reviewing costs and tracking adherence to planned budgets
• Organize and conduct routine project meetings to ensure alignment on expectations and performance
• Mentor team members on project management best practices while ensuring adherence to safety procedures

• Minimum of eight years of project experience in an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or a related area preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities
• Solid interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills

• Keen interest in various engineering disciplines, particularly within the industrial sector
• Excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills
• High level of organization and leadership capabilities
