• Applicants must come from a developing or newly industrialized country.
• Applicants must have at least two years of professional experience after graduation at the time of application.
• Applicants must have completed their previous degree within the last six years.
• Applicants must hold a recognised undergraduate degree with 180 ECTS (or equivalent) and complete at least 15 ECTS in Economics.
